Primary Montessori experiences consist of three or four years, and contain progressively emerging curriculum, beginning when the child is 2.5 to 3 years old and concluding when the child is ready to enter first grade, or a Montessori Elementary Community.
We strongly encourage parents to begin their child's Montessori education as close to 2.5 years old, as possible. Children may join our program when they are independent in the toileting process.
The admissions process begins by families contacting Blue Spruce Montessori Children's House to arrange a personal tour. The tour is for parents only. Tours generally last about 30 minutes and are typically offered Monday through Friday, between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.
After your tour, and deciding that Blue Spruce Montessori is the best fit for your family, a Waitlist Application will be submitted.
Spaces for fall enrollment are offered and confirmed soon after March 1st each year, though occasionally mid-year enrollment may occur. Spaces are offered in the order in which applications were received. Once offered a space, families have 5 business days to accept an offer of enrollment and remit the non-refundable Program/Materials Fee and a tuition deposit equaling half the amount of the first month’s tuition payment, in order to reserve a space for your child.
If your child does not attend Blue Spruce Montessori, the Program/Materials Fee will be forfeited, tuition deposit will be refunded up until May 31st.
*Enrollment is conditional upon Blue Spruce Montessori Children's House being able to fully meet the individual needs of each child.*
